Cherokee went WAY above and beyond for us.
After she had already gone home for the day, she literally drove back up to the office just to help us get our auto policy switched over. That alone says everything about the kind of person —and professional—she is. I love that I have ONE contact I can reach out to if we are ever in need - or simply have questions.
Within minutes, she had us set up with better coverage AND a lower price than the competitor we were with. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free (which is rare when dealing with insurance). In the near future, we will be getting coverage for our business, life insurance, and renters policies in addition to our automotive.
