"Cherokee did an amazing job fully informing me of what I would be covered by with the renters insurance after giving me a quote. Definitely a much better deal than going through the renters insurance provided by the landlord. She also informed me of Life insurance that I could get for my son that she could hear over the phone. She again fully explained what all came with it and so I ended up with renters insurance and life insurance for my son. Cherokee did ALL this on her day off from work!! She’s a true asset to the company that she works for. Thank you so much Cherokee!!"

"I was given a quote by Cherokee not too long ago. the price was about the same as my previous policy. but what sold me on it was the customer service. the availability and promptness of the agent. I texted my agent and received a not in the office text in response with no follow up. I emailed days later with no response. EVERY time I have contacted this office to talk to Cherokee I have gotten an answer or a very quick call back/follow up. quality coverage just as you would get at any big insurance company but no where can touch the service, knowledge, or promptness that Cherokee has given here. Truly impressive and shows that they value your time and business."
